The Somerset Removal Company

I just relocated for a new job, I got several quotes from different removal companies. One of them is called the somerset removal company. They give me a quote from email, I send list of contents and picture show sizes of the furniture so they won't charge me extra. Then another company give me quote 400 pound less and still include everything. So I send confirm email to the cheaper one and they give me free boxes and I never hear from any other removal company after that. The day before I move I got a call from unknow number I did not pickup then he send me text said just to make sure of ur move. I called back and they said they haven't receive deposits. I thought it's the cheaper removal company because they told me pay cash on that day. I told them that they said fine they will be here 8:30. I did not realize that is not the cheaper removal company and I thought it's just the driver checkin. Next day two removal company shows up. The somerset removal company told me they call me yesterday to confirm! And because I send them pictures so they assume I accept the quote! Because they already load all my boxes in van so I need to pay 250 pound!! I said no, u have no confirm email and no sign contract or any agreement. The "boss" on the phone kind of threat me said: I'm not argue will you. You need to pay us! ! ! What kind of service is that! The three people from somerset removal refuse to upload my boxes because their boss told them I need to pay. Feel like totally blackmailed! Horrible company! Never recommend them! Next time if I don't like the quote I'll send email back said: no thanks. I'll don't accept ur quote please don't bother to call me or come!
